Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our refund policy allows for returns, but please note that customers are responsible for organizing their own shipping when returning products.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons outside our control, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through the following refund policy:

Refund of Item Price: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will issue a refund to the customer for the full price of the purchased item(s). This refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exclusion of Delivery Fees: Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable. Our delivery fees cover the cost of processing, handling, and shipping the item(s). These costs are incurred once the shipment process begins and thus cannot be refunded in the event of an unsuccessful delivery.

Definition of Unsuccessful Delivery: An unsuccessful delivery refers to situations where the item(s) cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, customer unavailability at the designated delivery address, or the customer's refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information and to be available to accept the delivery as per the agreed terms. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the application of this policy.

Exceptions: This policy does not apply if the unsuccessful delivery is due to our error or the fault of our delivery partners. In such cases, a full refund, including the delivery fee, will be provided.

Contact and Claims: Customers wishing to claim a refund under this policy should contact our customer service team within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. We reserve the right to verify and investigate the claim before issuing a refund.

Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels and will apply to purchases made after the date of the amendment.
